• 2 Australian men and Christian, the REMARKABLE lion

   This is one of the most touching stories i ever read in my life which all about the two Australians who had just moved to London and unexpectedly bought a lion cub from Harrods department store in 1969. At the beginning, the cub was actually staying with them in the store for like a year. He was so well trained, seldom ruined the store's furniture, perhaps some were by accident. However, Christian is still to wild for London, therefore, the two Australian embarked on the long, arduous task of rehabilitating their oversized housecat into the wild. Then, they released Christian to the wild in Kenya.

  After a year, these two Aussies decided to go looking for him to see whether Christian would remember them. Surprisingly, he did, and with him were two lionesses who accepted the men as well.

   

  From the video clip, you can see Christian walked slowly and recognized the two men immediately. He wrapped his paws around their legs, nuzzled his nose to theirs, and rubbed his body against theirs the way kittens do when they want to be scratched. I actually cried whenever i watch this video clip..
